Haven Herbs Essential Oils 101 Workshop

Join us in the Gravity Event Center for a comprehensive essential oils workshop by Lily Kunning, Community Herbalist at Haven Herbs.
Essential oils seem to be everywhere! They are a delight to the senses, a therapeutic addition to body care, and wonderful to diffuse. But there is a lot of misinformation and overzealous marketing out there that can cause unsafe use. And how much is too much? Learn how to use EOs and aromatherapy safely in a fun and welcoming class that will have you in the know in no time!
This class mixes a fun presentation with hands-on activities. You don’t leave empty handed- all participants will get a 25-page eBook on how to use essential oils safely and a roll on that you yourself made!
Lily Kunning is an herbalist, activist, and educator with decades of experience. She has a clinical practice, is head formulator for Haven Herbs (a worker owned herbal apothecary with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio), and has presented to conferences, skillshares, universities, organizations, private groups, and employers nationwide. She uses her knowledge and expertise to lift up others, teaching free classes each month at Cancer Support Community, starting programs like Round Up for Reparations and a chapter of Herbalists Without Borders and helping organize worker owned cooperatives.
